This particular Bertucci's Italian Restaurant is inside The Rockingham Mall, off of Route 28 in downtown Salem, New Hampshire. Our group ordered a variety of dishes ranging from authentic Italian pasta dishes to steak, steamed vegetables and their signature salads. I do have to say I was a little disappointed in their shrimp salads signature dressing (lemon and garlic). Otherwise everything was delicious! The portions are enormous, the prices are reasonable and our waitress was wonderful and extremely accommodating to our one year old daughter.

I ordered via Doordash. At about the time that my delivery was about to arrive I got a note from the driver that said that the restaurant never put my order in. That was fine, I asked her to deliver it whenever it was ready. Completely not the driver's fault.
When my sandwich and salad arrived I received a square of wet focaccia with a seriously overcooked chicken breast, one portion of a leaf of red leaf lettuce, 2 small slices of roasted zucchini and a pile of raw tomato chunks swimming in some kind of dressing. They wrapped the sandwich in a too-small square of paper with no fastener of any kind so the drenching sauce and tomato chunks were also inside the delivery bag. The small paper was soaked. the sandwich wasn't cut into halves. Impossible to eat as a sandwich. Used a fork and knife.
The salad: big container of iceberg lettuce with 2 tomato slices, one cucumber slice and 2 olives. No dressing!
I ate Bertucci's food once about 10 years ago & it wasn't bad for mass produced food. I usually don't go to chain restaurants, but the meal selections where I work in NH are pretty lame. I figured Bertucci's had to be better than some crap like Subway. I was wrong. This stuff was just nasty. NEVER again. -

I would give Bertucci's a two star rating. What is the policy of how much bread is a given to a table? We had to constantly ask our waiter for more bread and only received enough for each person and there was no extra for any one of to have more. I bring up this problem because my colleges and I were trying to enjoy our evening but we had to pause and wait talking and ask the waiter for more bread. There should have been 4 to 5 pieces for a group of 3, not only 3 because the bread is good, but it was an inconvenience for my party. Very sad and need to see more improvement from this establishment. Let me know to return, when the training has been improved. Thank you.

They took away the reason we would go for lunch, no more salad in a bowl for the table, when you order a lunch item it comes with a very very small salad, this place just gets worse and worse they seem to nickle and dime you for everything.
Thank God for Olive Garden they still give their customers what they want. -

I used to come to Bertucci's very often! Until, I had ordered take out from this restaurant, and after my plans changed decided I would ask if I could stay and sit down. While restaurant was empty a waitress said that was totally fine and no problem for me to stay. Though, soon after I started eating a manager came over and told me I could not eat in the restaurant. He was very persistent and made me pick up the food I was eating, telling me to leave the restaurant and bring it to the food court. He was very rude and disrespectful, I will not be coming back here.
